StaffDNA seeks a Radiation Therapist to deliver safe, accurate radiation treatments for oncology patients while using advanced planning and delivery systems. In this fast-paced, tech-driven environment, you will review treatment plans, perform daily setups, verify dosing, operate linear accelerators, and maintain detailed electronic records. Collaborating with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nurses, you’ll provide compassionate patient care, education, and support. Deliver daily radiation therapy treatments per physician-approved plans
Operate and troubleshoot linear accelerators and related oncology equipment
Perform accurate patient positioning, immobilization, and verification imaging
Review and verify treatment plans, fields, and doses prior to delivery
Maintain precise electronic treatment and QA documentation
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
Communicate clearly with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment course
Participate in workflow improvements using digital and mobile tools
Contribute to a fast-paced, accountable, and collaborative clinical culture
Radiation therapy delivery
Linear accelerator operation
Treatment planning system familiarity (e.g., Eclipse, ARIA, MOSAIQ)
Patient positioning and immobilization
Oncology imaging and verification (IGRT, CBCT, portal imaging)
Radiation safety and quality assurance
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Dosimetry and dose calculation basics
Infection control and patient safety
