Adecco Staffing is hiring a Document Control Specialist for a manufacturing site in Devens, Massachusetts. This is a full-time permanent position.
Title: Document Control Specialist
Location: Devens, MA
Salary: $74,000
Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Role Summary
This role is a key part of the site Quality Management System, responsible for document control and site training coordination. The position ensures controlled documentation remains accurate, current, and audit-ready while also supporting employee training on procedures and quality requirements.
This role supports ISO compliance, audit readiness, and operational consistency, and ensures document updates are effectively translated into training across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage controlled documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper version control
Maintain training records and support site training coordination activities
Ensure document changes are reflected in training materials and rollout processes
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audit activities
Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and maintain procedures
Monitor document control and training compliance metrics
Support continuous improvement of QMS documentation and training systems
Qualifications
Experience in document control within a regulated or quality-driven environment
Experience supporting or coordinating training programs
Familiarity with QMS systems or electronic document management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.) preferred
