Requirements
Educational Qualification
PhD
Degrees in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field
Research & Publications
A strong research record, ideally with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed, indexed journals.
Ability to lead or initiate research projects, secure funding, and publish consistently..
Supervision experience of MS/PhD students is desirable.
Teaching & Curriculum
Ability to teach courses at undergraduate and graduate levels;
develop new courses and labs.
Experience or willingness in curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and using instructional technologies.
Supervision of student projects, senior projects, theses, and strong student advising.
Professional Service & Collaboration
Participation in departmental, college, or university committees and service activities.
Engagement with external communities: conferences, workshops, industry partnerships,
Contribution to institutional development (new programs, labs, outreach) is valued.
