Assists with new telecommunication schemes and evaluating proposed system changes to determine their effect on existing schemes.
Assists with maintaining fiber optic network, day-to-day operations, emergency routines, system additions, guidelines and training, and system procedures.

Under direct supervision, assists with the planning, design, analysis, construction, commissioning, integration, installation, operation, and optimization of telecommunication systems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in related field, and
Up to two years of progressively responsible engineering experience in area of assignment, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
