The University of New Mexico's Project ECHO is looking for a QI Manager/Sr. Program Manager to join our Replication team and help us develop and implement Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives. Replication is the implementation and adoption of the ECHO model by organizations outside of UNM and the Replication team supports "replicating partners" through training and technical assistance. We are searching for a QI Manager/Sr. Program Manager with strong project management skills to lead in the planning and development of quality improvement projects in conjunction with stakeholders, such as New Mexico Medicaid, and the New York Department of Health.
As a successful QI Manager/Sr. Program Manager, you will play an integral role in:
• Providing quality improvement (QI) expertise and project management to QI initiatives to internal and external constituents
• Planning, developing, and implementing various QI grant funded initiatives, supporting partners doing QI work, such as the National Quality Center and New Mexico Medicaid.
• Acting as a QI expert when requested for ECHO Institute ECHO hubs, providing QI resources, conducting didactics on occasion, and when called upon, lead the testing of QI processes within ECHO programs.
• Leading our QI collaborative of QI experts and QI interested community members from around the country and world.
• Working collaboratively with a cross-departmental and cross-functional team at the ECHO Institute working on QI initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; two of which are management level experience.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

• Demonstrated training in quality improvement
