As the Business Development Manager supporting NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), you will have the opportunity to partner with global leaders across several industries. NSF-ISR is a leading global certification body, known for its superior technical expertise and customer satisfaction. Using your sales and communication expertise, identify and pursue new ISO business activity on the West Coast while managing all aspects of sales and account responsibilities from lead generation to account closure.
Assist in achieving our mission by developing and managing a regional plan in accordance with NSF-ISR’s company goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes and all correspondence to target clients, both internal and external, at all levels.
Stay current on market trends and opportunities in management system registration and related product fields.
Travel and participate at industry conferences, trade shows and off-site client meetings as needed.
The right person for this role will be a strong and collaborative team player who can both influence and support a cross-functional team. He or she will also meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant area of study
Three (3) years’ experience with selling registration audit services or management system registration services
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of an organization in many different manufacturing and service industries.
Driven and capable of working independently while part of a remote team of professionals with the ability to travel as needed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in support of client presentations and ongoing communication
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including total quality management concepts and criteria is highly preferred.
