EnviroIssues is a public involvement, communications and facilitation consulting firm. We are a staff of about 100 employees and since 1991 have successfully worked to engage communities and decision makers in complex government, transportation, environmental, and urban planning projects in the Pacific Northwest. Project Coordinator - Portland
We are looking for a recent graduate or a candidate with one to two years of communication, outreach or related experience to support multiple projects in the Northwest. Primary responsibilities include maintaining project databases, conducting research, tracking media coverage, responding to constituent inquiries in person and via email, compiling meeting summaries, drafting public information materials and coordinating events. This individual must have outstanding attention to detail, excellent writing, organizational and computer skills (especially with Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Bilingual/bicultural candidates with an awareness of regional community and environmental issues preferred.
