The successful candidate will have an associate’s degree or higher in civil engineering, electrical engineering, civil technology, construction administration/management, business or a related field AND at least three years of relevant construction administration experience; if no degree, then at least five years of relevant construction administration experience.
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: experience with airport construction administration/observation; AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software experience; ability to travel and work long hours and weekends as necessary; survey experience; basic grading process and testing experience; a professional engineer license; experience comprehending construction plans and specifications (with an emphasis on FAA construction specifications).
