General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Branch Management

Will be directly responsible for the overall operations of the branch location to include:

• Responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Branch.
• Assume full operational responsibility for all profit and loss related activities of the Branch.
• Financial analysis of the business to identify trends and prospective problem areas; incorporate prompt corrective actions as applicable.
• Personally responds to difficult customer inquiries and/or unusual situations.
• Prepare business forecasts and budgets as required.
• Manage Branch payables, inventory, and receivables.
• Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the branch.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the competition within the local areas.
• Monitor overtime & temporary labor utilization and tightly control their use.
• Responsible for the recruitment, selection and development of all Branch employees.
• Responsible for providing coaching, training and annual reviews of each employee.
• Prepare all staff members to be in position to deliver exemplary customer service and measure the job performance of staff to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Manager the efficient routing of deliveries and service calls.
• Execute program(s) to meet/exceed the financial goals.
• Manage the sales, operations and administrative departments of the branch.
• Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices.
• Conduct field site visits accompanying delivery, service & sales staff on a regular schedule.
• Motivate and recognize the contributions of the staff to establish a winning team culture.
• Responsible for insurance risk management procedures and reporting.
• Create an Industry Leading Reputation For Driessen Water/Culligan within your market areas.
