Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of Haskell’s Quality program. Develops and/or reviews standards, policies and procedures for all quality activities for all projects.
2. Implements LEAN into the Quality program and ensures LEAN principles are utilized in all Quality processes.
3. Ensures delivered materials are compliant with documents and submittals, storage and protection is in conformance with specifications and manufacturers requirements.
4. Quality and project staff utilize checklists prior to completing specific tasks.
5. Mentors and directs Quality staff as necessary to assist project teams in the Quality program to ensure uniform application across all delivery
6. Maintains the corporate Quality webpage and ensure latest forms are adequately uploaded to the database. Includes: Quality Implementation Plan (masters and current projects), back-up documentation forms, project/corporate Lessons Learned, resource experts database, Qualigrams and superintendents discussion
7. Educate, promote, and administer all aspects of the Haskell Quality Implementation Plan throughout the

Meet regularly with the Managers of Quality, Quality Subject Matter Experts, Discipline Quality Improvement/Standards Committees, Group Directors of Construction, Group AE Leadership, Delivery Group Presidents and Construction Executive Committee to review project related challenges and assist in the development of Lessons Learned actions and
9. Participates in the planning/development of seminars and training to promote the Corporate Quality Program and correct recurring project quality
10. Project Quality Planning: Meets monthly with Delivery Group Leadership (Delivery Group President, Director of Construction, AE Group Leadership) and assigned Quality staff to review project QIP’s and related challenges, and group progress on the Corporate Quality
11. Design Phase: Responsible for ensuring reviews of the design documents are completed and documented at 30% and 100% to ensure that they conform to Lessons Learned, industry standards and Haskell
12. Project Quality Assurance: Reviews, audits and comments on project Quality Implementation Plans.
13. Conducts, personally or through Quality Manager personnel, periodic reviews/inspections of design, procurement and construction Quality processes to assure that plans are being followed and that anticipated Quality outcomes are being
14. Engages Quality staff in project Quality related problem solving and corrective
15. Quality Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, construction management or other degree related to the AEC profession. Minimum 10-15 years in the construction industry with specific experience in design and construction with a strong background in Quality.
