Requirements
An experienced or recently graduated Ph.D. with outstanding academic achievement and/or relevant work experience meet the minimum requirements of the position. Ph.D.s with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred. Exceptional M.S. engineers with several years of relevant industrial experience also considered.

The critical elements are depth and breadth of analytical and experimental engineering skill, enhanced by creativity, cross disciplinary problem-solving and intuition, coupled with excellent time and project management capability. In addition, advanced written and verbal communication skills are necessary to direct staff, present technical findings, and develop business.
